You should contact the Member Assist team when:

  • There is a risk to your health and safety or that of anyone else, including to mental health

  • Your employment has been, or is about to be, terminated

  • When called to a meeting with your supervisor, a manager, or human resources

  • If someone has made, or threatened to make, a complaint about you

  • You have been denied leave or any other entitlement

  • You believe you may have been underpaid

  • Any other circumstance arises at work that you are unsure about

UniMelb Branch Office

We maintain an office in building 166 on the Parkville campus. While we often hold meetings and meet with members and potential members here, it’s not staffed at all times.
